#Art Gallery Visit
On February 21st 2020, the "Hung Yi Art Gallery" held its grand opening ceremony. This marked the fulfillment of the first phase of Hung Yi's lifelong dream, as well as the beginning of his commitment to supporting Taiwanese art locally and setting the foundation for the second phase of expanding further on the international stage.

For Hung Yi, the year 2020 was particularly significant, as the number 20 has a special resonance with him. He began his art career in the 20th century, the millennium year, by transitioning from business to taking up residence as an artist at No. 20 Warehouse in Taichung.

After 20 years of hard work building his art business, on the auspicious day of February 20th, 2020, he established a gallery and museum under his own name.
The Hung Yi Art Gallery is located on Changnan Road in Changhua City, featuring a series of connected buildings and garden adjacent to stretches of farmland, offering a serene and tranquil environment.

The gallery's spacious, high-ceilinged interior has been transformed from a rice milling facility connected to other buildings, displaying Hung Yi's ingenuity and creativity throughout. It differs from the typical 'white cube' art museum by integrating more local characteristics and emotion, exuding a strong sense of local Taiwanese culture.

This also reflects the Hung Yi's core values underpinning his artistic vision. He hopes to use this new platform to spread the beauty and joy of art.
